About Us

We have been operating using the Buchans name, based in Alloa, covering Central Scotland and beyond since 1999.

Our Office is fitted with the latest Technology and runs a computer based Booking & Despatch system. All cars are fitted with GPS PDA systems that enable us to track all our cars no matter where they are, this also allows us to despatch the nearest car for our hires, allowing us to get cars to our customers quicker.

Our computer system also allows a textback feature, that automatically texts customer when car is approaching the pick up point, this will also give you the car details. Main benefit for the customer being that you no longer have to wait outside in the cold and rain, you can stay inside the building until car arrives without fear of missing your taxi.

Buchan Town Cars also have booking apps available for iphone and Android users (First company it Clackmannanshire to do so, we have had this facility for a few years now).
